1. Booking and Payment

2. Health and Well-being

  • Our retreats are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or crisis intervention.

  • Participants must be physically and mentally well enough to take part in holistic activities such as meditation, energy work, and group discussions.

  • If you are pregnant, elderly, frail, or have any of the following conditions, you must obtain written permission from your GP before attending:

    • Pregnancy

    • Current dependency on drugs or alcohol

    • Taking psychotropic medication

    • History of epilepsy

    • History of psychosis or serious mental health issues

    • High blood pressure

  • Vita Sana Mind Spa reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone for whom the retreat may not be suitable or safe.

4. Changes and Cancellations
