We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to support you as best we can. Please see our cancellation policy below:

Full Refunds: If you need to cancel your retreat booking, a full refund will be given if we receive your cancellation request at least 14 days before the start of the retreat.
Less Than 14 Days: For cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat begins, refunds will not be issued. However, at our discretion and if spaces are available, we may be able to transfer your booking to another upcoming Vita Sana retreat.
No-Show: If you do not attend the retreat and have not notified us in advance, no refund or transfer will be offered.
